Paul Poganiatz is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in finance, helping individuals and businesses make confident, informed financial decisions. Since beginning his career in 2003, Paul has built extensive expertise in the insurance and financial services industries.

Paul is the President & CEO and a shareholder of Milnco Insurance, a Winnipeg-based Managing General Agent (MGA), where he plays a key role in driving growth, building strong partnerships, and delivering innovative insurance solutions. Proudly Winnipeg born and raised, Paul is deeply connected to the local community and committed to supporting clients across Manitoba.

In addition to his leadership in the insurance space, Paul works closely with clients to provide personalized mortgage advice, helping them save money and achieve their long-term financial goals. Whether it’s structuring the right mortgage, refinancing, or planning for the future, Paul takes a practical, client-focused approach to every situation.

Outside of his professional life, Paul is a devoted husband and father of three. He has spent many years coaching his children in their early sports development and continues to enjoy playing hockey, travelling, and spending quality time with his family.
